Here’s the classic blog disclaimer. All of these except for Jurlique’s gift set and Obigi face cream, were Christmas presents from my family & friends. And they know me so well because I LOVE my new products and have become staple Winter beauty favourites.

A few winter beauty favourites

One thing that will never change about me is that I love bath time, skincare and generally pampering every evening after work. Having a big bubble bath and a self-care pamper is my sure-fire way of resetting my brain whether I’ve had a tough day or feeling anxious and stressed. I’m sure you’ve all felt the same way over the past couple of years. It’s been wild, huh?!

For Christmas (which obviously feels like ages ago now!), I got some lovely pamper products under the tree. I really do love receiving smellies and skincare as gifts, it all takes pride of place in my bathroom, and even though that somewhat resemble a Boots store, it all gets used until it’s very last drop!

replica lazy sunday morning shower gel

Maison Margiela Replica

Maison Margiela Replica Lazy Sunday Morning shower gel: I’m obsessed with this. I had the perfume on my wish list but it has sold out in the shops during the festive season, so I got the next best thing, the shower gel. Lazy Sunday Morning’s scent is described as soft skin and bed linen. It’s got that baby powder, soapy, clean, just-got-out-of-the-shower scent and it’s lovely!

winter beauty favourites

Tropic So Sleepy range

Tropic So Sleepy Luxury Bath Foam: 100% natural, pH-balanced and doesn’t contain harsh chemicals you’d normally find in bath foams (SLS and ALS). The hydrating and gentle formula features macadamia oil and aloe vera extract, and is suitable for sensitive skin. It’s £18 per bottle, so quite a luxurious price tag as far as  bath products go, but one to ask for every birthday and Christmas. Such a new favourite of mine!

Tropic So Sleepy Pillow Mist: Tropic’s Pillow Mist is great. It’s my second bottle now and I like to use it just before bed time to help create a calmer mood for myself. Simply spritz on your pillow to make your room smell like lavender, a calm and soothing aroma to help you drift off.

Bath and body works aromatherapy

Bath & Body Works Aromatherapy

Bath & Body Works Aromatherapy Chamomile + Bergamot: If you didn’t know by now, Bath & Body Works is now available in selected NEXT stores. I used to work in marketing for a shopping centre and there was such a hype around NEXT selling Bath & Body Works products. They were FLYING off the shelves!

My lovely manager at the time gifted me this gorgeous duo from Bath & Body Work’s Aromatherapy line and has been such a treat to use. The lotion absorbs fast leaving skin feeling soft without that greasy feeling.

Jurlique skincare

Jurlique

Jurlique skin trio (*gifted/PR sample): I’m a long time fan of Jurlique, it’s one of my all-time favourite skincare brand. This gift set includes:

Obagi skincare to use during winter

Obagi Medical

Skincare Hydration Kit (*gifted/PR sample): Obagi Medical range is not widely available in the shops so when I was happy to try Obagi Medical Hydration Kit via SkinStation, especially as it was coming in to Autumn/Winter at the time of being offered the sample.

As skincare experts, Obagi has 30 years of experience in clinically proven results. I’ve been using both for 5 months & have benefit from the noticeable results of healthy looking skin.

Obagi Hydrate Facial Moisturiser is an innovative moisturiser designed to combat the signs of ageing and improve your skin’s appearance and hydrated.

Obagi Hydrate Luxe is a richer version of the above which is designed to be used as a night cream. Its extra-moisturising formula works while you sleep, and firms up your skin to look supple and youthful.
