I don’t have any traditions when it comes to Halloween. My sister and I were never allowed to go Trick or Treating and we never grew up celebrating it.
I’ve always been envious of the style in which Americans celebrate Halloween and judging from what’s available in the shops over here, we’re giving our Stateside pals a run for their money! It seems like Halloween is getting bigger each year.
Halloween Themed Treats From Biscuiteers
It’s never too late to start my own traditions, though. I may be too old to go Trick or Treating (although my niece will be old enough to go in a few years time and I’ll HAPPILY take her!) but I can get involved by decking the house out with ghoulish candles
, spooky bath pamper sesh
, sweet treats, and …Halloween themed biscuits
Don’t mind if I do!
I wish I could say that I baked these perfectly iced chocolate flavour biscuits. But all credit must go entirely to Biscuiteers
, of course. Biscuiteers, founded in 2007, makes the (quite literally) the sweetest of gifts.
From single biscuit cards to limited edition tins, you can find an edible present for occasions such as birthdays, engagements, weddings, new baby, get well, new home, dinner party, christening, and HALLOWEEN, obvs!
They also have selection of chocolates and cakes – all with the option to personalise!
The Haunted House tin*, priced £30.00, is brand new to the collection this year and is limited edition. It contains 9 too-cute-to-eat chocolate flavoured biscuits and each biscuit is thick and crunchy, with a thin layer of icing on top (and a slither of it on the base).
You can see the detail that has gone in to the decoration, and it’s really quite mesmerising. It is precisely this kind of quality and attention to detail that Biscuiteers is known for and sets them aside from their other competitors.
Biscuiteers’ Halloween collection starts from £6.00, and if you’re ordering a last minute gift, they have an option for next day delivery if you order before 1pm.
