The British Summer means two days of sunshine (if we’re lucky) followed by the next 3 days of rain! Although I’ve just read that there is a possibility of a heatwave soon, and lucky us, it’s reportedly going to last six weeks. Oh, we will see about that, you tease! I’m not sure I want to get my hopes up (afterall, it has been chucking it down this past 2 weeks. Meh) but I don’t think I can wait any longer for this heatwave so I’ve been eyeing up a few last minute holiday packages and getting some tips on how to get the best hotel deals. I haven’t been on holiday for about 7 years so that explains my thirst for sunshine that lasts longer than 2 days!

My Top Picks From Primark Summer 2016
I’m already seeing Autumn/Winter stock filtering in to the shops (Dear fashion, can you like, hold your horses!) so I’m going to have to be mega quick if I want to grab some Summer clothes, I don’t want to snooze and lose incase I need to grab some bits for a potential holiday or even just suitable clothing in preparation for this ‘heatwave’ the UK is about to get. Don’t let me down now you’ve got me all excited for a HEATWAVE! #excitedOMG
Of course, my first stop is Primark. Truth be told, I can’t actually afford to shop anywhere else anymore! But before popping in to the shop, I had a peek of Primark’s stylish Summer collection on InStyle to get an overview of what’s available at the moment and I initally had a lot added to my wishlist  (as you do!) but realistically, what the hell am I going to do with 6 bikinis, 3 kaftans, and 5 kimonos and 2 wicker bags?!
I eventually narrowed it down to my top 14 favourite items from the Summer collection at Primark, trendy items which I can mix and match. All 14 items came to the total of £123.50, so that’s pretty much my Summer wardrobe sorted for this year – and the next if I take care of them, which I’m sure I will! But you know what the quality of Primark is like!…
I can’t wait to buy these. My new Summer clothes and I will sit and wait for you, heatwave! See ya soon, ok? ☀️☀️☀️

  1. Heatwave in the UK? I would love to see that! I'm desperate for some sun too! Love the pink crop top you picked, I don't really shop in Primark any more as I find I only ever wear items for one season and it seems such a waste!
