This month’s fabulous Birchbox* is in collaboration with ex-Made In Chelsea star, Millie Mackintosh. I absolutely LOVED the first few series of Made In Chelsea with Millie, Caggie, Francis, Hugo, and greasy Spencer, so I’m glad that this collab with Birchbox is with one of the original bunch!

Birchbox July 2016
The box design this month is a beautiful water colour purple with the theme of ‘Never Ending Summer’ and here is what Birchbox and Millie Mackintosh selected for us this month:

John Frieda Frizz Ease Forever Smooth Anti-Frizz Primer
If you ever need a product to tame your frizzy hair, make a beeline for John Frieda section at Boots! The ever accessible and ever affordable brand does not mess about when it comes to anti-frizz haircare.
Being the biggest item in the box (with the packaging in various shades of purple to match the design of the box!) Frizz Ease Forever Smooth Anti-Frizz was the first product that caught my eye this month.
I have SO many bottles of hair primer on my shelf at the moment, it has become a big part of my haircare routine. Hair primer helps to protect your hair from heat and the elements, and in this case, John Frieda’s Anti-Frizz Primer realigns the structure of your hair to prevent frizziness from root to tip.

nails inc. London (Oxford St)
I love miniature bottles of nail polishes but I find that the nails inc. miniatures aren’t the same as the full size ones? I don’t know if it’s just me but I find the formula of the smaller bottles slightly weaker and streakier. It’s the same with O.P.I miniatures too – they’re just never as good as the full size version!
Anyway – I received the nail polish in a shade called Oxford Street and it’s muddy brown. I would loooved to have seen a purple polish in the box to match the outer design. Brown is not a colour I would normally wear and it isn’t a nail polish in this shade before, but I think I might try it with a couple of coats of glitter over it!

LOC x Millie Ultra-Gloss Lip Pencil in Bohemian Rose
This is the star of the show this month and it is an item that’s in every Never Ending Summer box. An exclusive lip pencil designed and named by Millie Mackintosh. Bohemian Rose is a wearable rose-pink with a glossy finish. I love how comfortable this lip gloss pencil feels on lips and the shade is really pretty, but I wish it had a twist up mechanic. I don’t have a cosmetic pencil sharpener this size so if I want to keep using it, I will need to buy one.

Caudalie Micellar Cleansing Water
I received a bottle of this in a different beauty sample box in April, and it’s a great little cleanser to take with you when you’re travelling. It removes make-up, cleanses and tones, leaving your skin feels clean and refreshed!
Need Labs Hydraluron Moisture Boosting Mask
Remember a few years back when Hydraluron was being hyped up by almost every beauty blogger? Myself included! I love sheet masks and it’s great that they have finally become more accessible in the UK. If you’ve never used sheet masks before (and your skin is on the dry side) then check out Hydraluron Moisture Boosting Mask. You get 4 in a box for £19.99. Or y’know… sign up for Birchbox this month to try one!

Sign up to Birchbox on the website. It cost £10 per month plus £2.95 P&P and you can unsubscribe at any time!

These look like such beautiful products! I love the idea of monthly beauty subscription boxes, and this one seems like by far my favourite of all the ones I've read about. I mean, Caudalie AND Loc?! Yes please! x
