Roger & Gallet Well-Being Fragrant Waters

If you fancy treating yourself to a fragrance this Summer, Roger & Gallet has a great variety at such an affordable price point. And when I say there’s a variety, I mean there’s a choice of scents to choose as well as the level of concentration and intensity, from including the usual eau de perfum and eau de toilette, as well as eau fraiche fragrance, eau fraiche spray, and eau douce.

The newest edition to my perfume collection are two really wonderful Roger & Gallet Well-Being Fragrant Waters* (eau fraiche). 

Since I often wince at how expensive perfumes can be (don’t get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE perfumes and but hm, pricey much?!), I am much more in favour these days for inexpensive fragrances that serve the same purpose!

While a high end designer bottle is something I save up for, something from the Roger & Gallet range can be a guilt-free impulse treat because prices start from £17 for a 30ml bottle, £24 for a 50ml (as pictured) and £32 for a 100ml. For those who like a citrusy scent, the Cedrat option is a sharp zing of lemon with a green, leafy undertone. It has a bitter edge to it as it’s slightly more like the zest of a lemon rather than the juicy flesh.

Fleur d’Osmanthus is a sweeter fragrance inspired by the ‘Chinese Garden Of Eden’. The first note upon freshly sprayed is a white tea and grapefruit – which combined smells a lot like bubblegum! You know, the artificial blue kind of bubblegum. Sweet, pleasant and very summery!
