Can everything in the world turn to rose gold, pleasssse? It’s so pretty and we’re all so obsessed with it anyway, everything may as well just turn rose gold right now. Well, I suppose we can start with one item at a time, I guess.
My latest addition to my little collection of pretty rose gold stuff is a set of earphones from Swedish brand, Urbanista. Now I have to admit, I am not so clued up with sound and music and blah blah blah, and to be honest, I don’t really care as long as they look pretty. Is that bad? I mean, I’m not a sound snob so as long as the sound isn’t ‘crackly’, then I’m a happy (music-listening) bunny! Luckily, Urbanista Ibiza are both pretty AND has a GREAT sound quality. Winner!
Up until now, I’ve been using the Apple ones and they have served me well. I know that they have a bad reputation of being damaged quite easily. I’ve always tried to look after mine but the quality really is crap and definitely not to made to last very long! The replacement ones that you can buy are expensive as well, I don’t even know why it has taken me so long to get another pair that’s NOT Apple.
Last week, a very good-looking rose-gold-pink pair of Urbanista Ibiza earphones arrived and I’ve been glued to them ever since. The inspiration behind the design was to give music lovers the same ‘club’ sound experience whilst on-the-go – hence why this model is named Ibiza, after the clubbing capital of the world!
I’ve never particularly liked in-ear type of earphones because they never seem to stay in no matter what size silicone earpiece I change it to! But Urbanista’s noise-cancelling GoFit in-ear design is different in that they’re larger and has a snuggly, secure fit.
If you’re really in to your sound, then they are obviously higher spec and much more expensive ear phones available on the market. But if, like me, you’re a casual music listener and don’t want to spend mega bucks for an improved sound over the free and bog-standard earphones that are included with your phone, then these are the perfect upgrade for you!
Urbanista Ibiza are such good quality that I thought they were more expensive that the RRP of £30. You can plug it into your phone and use as hands-free, and you can use the little control panel to take photos from the camera on your phone too. You can find the full spec on Urbanista’s website
. Urbanista Ibiza also comes in 6 other colours.
