Love Me Beauty* has changed a lot since I first tried them. They used to be so fun and colour, but it seems that the right thing for Love Me Beauty to do was grow up and go all chic on us. I love a bit of chic, so I ain’t complainin’!
In the past 12 months, they’ve gone through more changes and this month sees a new style of packaging. They went from no box to the classiest, sturdiest box of all – Like, it is top quality. Ok – I’m harping on about the box too much now, but the box matters, right!?
For December, my Love Me Beauty box included:

Nails Inc Nail Polish in Colville Mews
My cousin and I were eyeing up this shade at TK Maxx, but because we had Christmas presents to buy, we decided that it wasn’t the best idea to treat ourselves at this current time! (Aren’t we good?!). So when I saw this shade in the box, I was mega happy. My cousin has been really kind to me when I was living in London so I am going to send this to her (along with some other Christmas goodies).
Cailyn Mineral Eyeshadow
This is a great way to package loose powders. The lid screws off and you apply the powder with the built-in sponge applicator. The powder is made with 100% raw mineral and therefore very pigmented for a dramatic look. The shade is a bronze, with plenty of metallic shimmers – great for party season!
Nuxe Creme Prodigieuse
I’ve received this product so many times. This cream contains high concentration of anti oxidants that relieves tired, fatigue skin. It is very moisturising and can sometime be too rich and oily for me, so I like to save this for days when my skin is dry.

Percy & Reed No Fuss Fabulousness Dry Conditioner
So, you’ve heard of a dry shampoo, but have you ever tried a dry conditioner? Percy & Reed have ‘invented’ one and I’ve really enjoyed using it lately. You have to give the can a good shake to activate the ingredients. Using it on roots to ends, the conditioner revitalises hair throughout the day, injecting moisture and giving a boost to lifeless hair.

Therapie Himalayan Detox Bath Salts
Yes to anything bath related! I’m running low on supplies and I can’t bear a trip to Lush at this time of year (I want EVERYTHING. But skint). so I’ve had to use whatever I’ve got left in the cupboard sparingly. I’m not a big lover of bath salts but I’ve not really given it a chance! Bath salts are known for it’s ability to detox and de-stress. This sample is decent size, I can’t wait to try it!

Necklace (bonus item)

This was a nice little bonus item. I’m much more in to delicate jewellery these days so this is perfect. I’ll wear this on Christmas day. In fact, I have no idea what I’ll be wearing on Christmas day, apart from this necklace! I’d love to see more jewellery in these types of beauty boxes.

Love Me Beauty cost £10 a month. Pop over to their website for more information and to subscribe!

  1. I love LMB – especially being able to choose the products if you want to, it actually makes me look forward to it and I know I won't be disappointed by a random selection. I haven't tried the Cailyn eyeshadows yet, so I'll pick one of them next box, as their eyebrow gel is great!

  2. Brilliant box, if only they where always this good I would seriously consider getting my subscriptions back up and running! The necklace is gorgeous and right up my ally, I'd have been happy with that in the box, very dainty and wearable!
