This year, the run up to Christmas is going to be very different for me. Maybe I’ll decorate my room with some twinkly fairy lights (unlikely) but there definitely won’t be a space for a Christmas tree with perfect wrapped gifts underneath it. *Major sad face*. But as always, candles come to the rescue and I’ll be able to at least make my room smell like Christmas! I am clutching at straws but it’s better than nothing!

CHRISTMAS INSPIRED CANDLES FROM KISS AIR

I’ve been burning candles a lot lately, I haven’t got a bedside lamp to I use a couple of candles to illuminate my room at night. It’s nice and cosy, and makes me happy! (It’s the small things in life, right?!). Kiss Air is one of my favourite candle brand and I always look forward to seeing what they’ve got in store. The new range is Christmas inspired (obv!) and the five seasonal scents are Christmas Tree, Chocolate Orange, Cranberry & Orange, Mulberry Spice and Gingerbread.

If you’ve not heard of Kiss Air before, check out my previous blogposts. They are an independent business that sells soy wax candles, and their scents are just LOVELY. They fragrances are authentic, subtle, and they smell delicious! In the past, I’ve tried their Cocktail scented candles and their Ice Cream Parlour inspired range. And if you’re not tempted by them yet – you will be when you hear about the Christmas range!

Christmas Tree is an authentic aroma of pine trees with a hint of sweet mountain air. It smells quite minty, green and fresh. I’m waiting until the 1st of December to light this one!

Cranberry & Orange is a refreshing blend of citrus notes. There is a mix of orange, satsuma, yuzu and tangerine; followed by notes of cranberry and peach. The smell or oranges, satsumas and tangerines is a classic Christmas smell, but I love the addition of cranberry and peach in there to cut the citrus fragrance.

Chocolate Orange is everything you imagined it would be. This one is my favourite and I’ve been burning it since I got it. It has a fragrance of milk chocolate and sweet orange. For anyone who is a fan of chocolate orange… you NEED this candle in your life ASAP!
In Kiss Air’s Christmas collection, there is also:
Gingerbread – a scent that should remind you of freshly baked gingerbread, with hints of vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger.
Mulberry Spice which is a warm scent of wild mulberries and freshly ground cinnamon bark and nutmeg.
Are you tempted by any of these Christmas scented candles? Most of their candles come in a variation of sizes that would make a great stocking filler or secret santa presents. The tins are priced at £8.50 each. Check out the lovely Kiss Air website.

  1. Very tempting, I love chocolate oranges so that one sounds right up my street. Do they fragrance the room well? Some candles only smell nice when you are sat right next to them.

  2. Oooh that chocolate orange candle sounds right up my street! I get so obsessed with candles in the autumn/winter time but I am SO picky with scents. I could spend 30 mins in a Yankee Candle store sniffing all the different candles and only find 2/3 that I like and could have burning in my house! So I'm always looking for different brands of candles to try! These sound fab! Also, why don't we have a 'Bath and Body Works' in the UK!? I'd spend all my wages on their candles, haha! xx
