Who knew I’d be able to get a pair of stylish ankle boots and a trendy burgundy fedora for Tu Clothing at Sainsbury’s? In the recent years, supermarket clothing brands have really stepped up their game and giving the high street a run for their money.
I wish their sizing wasn’t on the big side otherwise I would totally buy more clothes from brands like Tu Clothing… but maybe that’s a blessing in disguised, I can totally see myself picking something up every time I do the food shop! I was able to pick out some really lovely pieces from the Autumn/Winter range at Tu Clothing*. And since I haven’t done a fashion haul in sooo long, I thought I’d show you what I have bought recently.

It is described as ‘purple’ on the website but it is totally burgundy, right?! I am picky with fedoras – I don’t like the brim to be to big and it can’t be
too embellished. I really like that the chain component on the hat is quite a nice touch, it looks a lot more stylish than the classic grosgrain ribbon.
The hat, unfortunately, arrived a bit bent out of shape whilst in transit, so I’m going to have to exchange it for another one. But it’s not bad for £18! A great accessory for all year round! They’ve also got it in black too.
I love these so much! They need to be worn in as the top of the boots feel a bit rough and sharp against my ankles but I’m hoping the faux leather will soften up with a bit a wear! They’re are otherwise comfortable, and the height of the heel is perfect for daytime. I can’t wait to wear these more!
I think these are really cute and would look great with some thick black tights and a skater skirt. They’re the closest things to brogues that actually suit me so I’m happy about that! I love the look of brogues on others but I totally can’t pull them off! The black lace-ups are a nice alternative!
I picked this for work but it’s too big for me so I’m hoping to pop in to the store and exchange it for something else. With the weather getting so cold, I should probably exchange it for a jumper or a cardigan! But it is a very pretty top, could work for as an evening outfit as well as office wear!
I love it when a bag looks more expensive than it is! This is a structured bag that holds it shape well. There’s a lot of space inside and no risk of anything getting squashed in there since the bag is quite boxy. The strap is detachable.
I am going to do an outfit post with this stripy tunic top soon (you can just about see in the bottom left hand corner) – but that’s if I can drag myself to go outside – I can’t bear how cold it is right now! I thought I could get away with wearing this as a mini dress but it’s way too short. It looks nice with a pair of jeans and some winter boots though. And maybe I’ll accessorise it with a knitted bobbly hat!
I love everything you bought, that bag is so pretty, I love the colour and the shape is really interesting. And you're totally right, it looks really expensive. And those boots are gorgeous, lovely post <3

The bag is gorgeous. I am a huge fan of TU and always wait until their 25% off sale to purchase anything. Got some great bargains over the years!

What a lovely haul! That bag and those shoes really drool worthy! I can't believe they're so affordable. It's really too bad I can't access them in Canada.
Such a beautiful haul. I am really doting your shoes.

Genuinely feel like I need those shoes! they look incredible. It is amazing the nice clothes you can pick up at supermarkets. The same can be said for Tesco! Hope you're well lovely
I completely agree! Supermarket clothing brands have improved dramatically in the past few years. For instance, I never used to like the clothing sold in M&S but I've been lusting after so much of their clothing recently 🙂 X

I love those boots, they look comfy & not too fussy. I like to buy a couple of pairs of plain black boots every winter. They just seem to go with everything

My mum has just recently retired from working at Sainsburys and as she'd worked there for 25 years she's counted as a veteran and so gets to keep her 10% employee discount for life! She can use it with other discounts too so when they had 25% off TU clothing recently she got her 10% off on top. Even better anything in the sale at the time also had 25% off and then her discount too! x

The supermarket clothing brands were a huge flop in Australia, so I was really impressed when I visited the UK. Those black ankle boots are so cute, would've never guessed you got them from Sainsburys 🙂
