liz earle cleanse and polish special edition
A very happy birthday to Liz Earle! The company celebrates it’s 20th Anniversary this year and have launched a few limited editions of their classic products! The formulas remain the same, the packaging is just jazzed up a bit!
I had no idea that Liz Earle has been around for 20 years, I only wish I had known about them sooner! I first heard about Liz Earle on social media, through beauty blogs and then Twitter. It wasn’t as widely available as it is today but I’m super glad to see that the brand is more accessible now. Liz Earle is one of my favourite skincare brands – it’s right at the top along with Balance Me, Jurlique and REN – and I’ve been using their products for 4 years now. I must have tried everything in their skincare range now but the one I always go back to is Cleanse and Polish.

Liz Earle’s Cleanse and Polish is a cult beauty classic, and it’s completely worthy of the 100+ beauty awards that it has received. It has been one product that has changed my life! I’ve tried other cleansers but I always go back to the original Cleanse and Polish, nothing else clears up my skin like it. I’ve been trying to get my mum, my sisters, and even my dad in to using it! (I’ve bought him a bottle for Father’s Day!)
If you’re not familiar with the cleanser, it’s basically a creamy texture that is applied on to face. You massage the cleanser for a couple of minutes before wiping it away with a hand hot cloth in a light polishing motion.
The cleanser comes with two muslin cloths which are very soft and gentle on skin. The cleanser removes make up and dirt leaving skin clean and smooth. One of my favourite things about it is that is gentle enough to use around the eyes so you can dissolve stubborn eye make-up and remove everything in one go. No faffing about with eye make-up remover and cotton pads!
The 150ml Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish is now available in a 20th Anniversary edition. The formula remains the same but the bottle comes in a limited edition drum canister. There are three designs to choose from, and each one is inspired by the botanical ingredients used in the cleanser. Mine is the Eucalyptus design but there’s also a Chamomile and a Rosemary.
The 150ml bottle lasts for approximately 5 months so it’s great value for money. I’ve stocked up and have 4 bottles of it at home, so I’m pretty much set for the 20 months or so! You can never have too many!
…There’s also a limited edition launching at the end of the month which I’ll be blogging about in a couple of days, so keep your eyes peeled for that!
Here are the other limited edition products and sets available in the 20th Anniverary range (whilst stock lasts):
