beauty christmas presents
I have been in two minds whether to do a Christmas present reveal because I had seen other bloggers do it and I love reading about them, it’s like going back to school after the holidays and telling your friends what you got for Christmas. However, I am all too aware that there are some people that find these types of posts a bit distasteful, and braggy. I personally don’t mind these posts popping on my blogger dashboard, but to keep it in-line with the rest of my blog, I am only going to show the beauty gifts I received this year. I suppose it only makes sense!

laura mercier honey bath
laura mercier honey bath
I have been wanting Laura Mercier honey bath for ages and I ALWAYS check it out at their counter in Fenwicks but I could never justify the purchase. It’s such a beautiful, luxurious product. I put this on my Christmas wishlist and it was my sister got me the golden honey musk gift set which contains the honey bath and a matching souffle body creme. It comes beautifully packaged in a presentation box and you also get a wooden dipper for the honey to create posh bubbles in your bath. I’ve been using it as soon as I received it and I love it so much that I actually think I would fork out the money to repurchase one myself! I will do a full review of this in the New Year, if anyone would want one?
the yorkshire soap company
My mum bought me and my sisters some extra bath goodies as well as our main presents, and we each got some soaps from The Yorkshire Soap Company and they couldn’t be any cuter! They’re far too pretty to use! The Yorkshire Soap Company is an alternative to LUSH, they create delicious looking pamper treats like bath bombs, body fragrances, and of course, handmade soaps! I got a strawberry cupcake soap and a slice of strawberries and cream soap cake. I haven’t tried these yet because I’m still at my parents house, but as soon as I’m back at my own place, I’ll be digging in to these pretties during bath time!
liz earle cleanser, liz earle cleanse and polish, liz earle hot cloth cleanser
This is my main pressie from my Mum! Not one, not two, but three Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish! I have tried so many cream cleansers but I always go back to this one! I’ve also featured this on my blog about 5 or 6 times so there’s no need for me to gush about how much I love it! It’s my favourite cleanser in the whole wide world and these three will probably last me a good 8-10 months, I reckon! The Christmas Edition comes in a lovely drum packaging.
lush bath products, lush bubble bar, lush sweetie pie
Ah, LUSH goodies! I had The Comforter on my Christmas list because it’s my absolute favourite product from LUSH but I also said that I’d be happy with any bubble bar! I received The Hedgehog, Candy Mountain and two tubs of Sweetie Pie Shower jelly which has the same scent as The Comforter. It is made from coconuts, cherries, blackcurrant and seaweed. I love it!!
christmas beauty stocking fillers
ren flash rinse
Here are the beauty products I had in my stocking this year. My family looked at my blog and figured out what kind of products I liked and they sure did well! I am extremely pleased with it all! I got 5 pamper items and these were: REN Flash Rinse 1-Minutes Facial, Bee Good Honey & Wild Mint Cleansing Water, Molton Brown Coco and Sandalwood Body Wash, Liz Earle Treatment Mask, Molton Brown Pink Pepperpod Hand Cream.
The REN Flash Rinse Facial is incredible! I have tried a tiny sample sachet of it before and it was amazing, I am so happy to have received a full size version. If you’re one of those people who don’t like to leave a face mask on for 10-20 minutes, I would recommend the Flash Rinse, as you literally massage it in to your face and leave for one minute! Quick and convenient with amazing results!
yankee wax tarts, yankee candle wax tarts
Christmas isn’t Christmas without something from Yankee Candle! This set of wax tart came in a set and it contains the follow scents: Midnight Jasmine, Mandarin Cranberry, Snowflake Cookie, Black Coconut, Sugared Apple, Black Cherry, Fireside Treats, Cinnamon Stick and Clean Cotton. I have never used the Yankee Candle wax tarts before so I’m looking forward to burning these when I’m back home after the festive break! The question is…. which scent to try out first? Maybe the Sugared Apple!
festive candle
You know me, I’m always happy with a candle!! The Cinnamon, fig and oak is a really festive scent and is going to be the perfect candle to burn when I’m in the bath with Laura Mercier honey bubbles and pampering myself with the cleanser and face masks! I can not wait! Heavenly!
hedgehog slippers
Not a beauty product but how cute are these hedgehog slippers! They’re ADORABLE!! They’re lined with fleece and it’s going to keep me warm in my freezing cold flat. They’re really comfortable! I like these types of slippers because they’re not bulky and I can pop them in to my overnight bag or wheelie case when I’m away from home or on long-haul flight.
charbonnel and walker chocolates

Last, but not least, it’s a couple of sea salt caramel chocolate treats!! I haven’t actually opened these yet because of all the other opened boxes of chocolates and mince pies to go through! Again, I will save these for when I’m back at my flat after Christmas! Niki bought me a coffee machine for Christmas so I can’t wait to make a nice, quality cup of coffee, accompanied with sea salt caramel thins and truffles!
I think this is the last of my Christmas blogposts for 2014! I hope you’ve all had a fab time with friends and family, and got all the pressies you asked for!

  10. You got so many beauty products for Christmas! In love with the golden honey musk gift set, hedgehog slippers, and sea salt caramel chocolate treats 🙂 Even though I never take baths (a luxury that residential college students can never experience), I'd still (maybe) purchase the golden honey musk gift set because of the beautiful packaging, and of course that wooden dipper! I'd love to see a review about that 🙂 Merry Christmas and a happy new year! -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey's
