Primark Christmas Jumpers

As far as Primark’s concerned, the very moment Summer ends, BAM! It’s CHRISTMAS! I’m pretty sure that the Christmas jumpers have been on the rails of Primark since end of September… or at least that’s what it feels like! The festive season definitely started way too early at Primark! I’m not complaining though, I am enjoying all things festive this year since I don’t have to get caught up with the retail chaos during the “most wonderful time of the year”! Woop woop!
Christmas jumpers have been around ever since I can remember but to say that back then they weren’t fashionable is a bit of an understatement. Well, I suppose they’re still not what you would call fashionable, really! However, all judgement disappeared two or three years when Primark made them affordable and (almost) everyone jumped on that tacky bandwagon, myself included! I do love a bit of tack from time to time!
I’ve still got the snowman one that I bought a couple years ago, it’s still in good shape because I’ve only worn it two times. I don’t need another Christmas jumper….but I have spotted one with flashing lights and I feel like I *need* it! I’m a sucker for novelty items!

The flashing light jumpers are new to Primark, that’s the new addition to their Christmas range this year! There may be a musical one aswell, but I’m not 100% sure. Below are just a small selection of the jumper designs that Primark have got in at the moment, the prices range from £8 to £14. There are also Christmas t-shirt, leggings, joggers, onesies, loungewear and various festive-themed accessories in store right now. Whatever you’re looking for, Primark’s got it!

These are so pretty. I've got too admit that I do NOT have a Christmas jumper. I feel I'm pretty conservative as it comes to Christmas and the whole idea of consumerist Christmas makes me quite sad every year as very few people seem to remember the truth meaning of Christmas.

Love the snowman one though, I'd get that one or the gingerbread man if I got a second one!

They're one of those ironic fashion statements. They're so ridiculous that it's okay to wear them! I like the early 90s throwback they bring to an outfit. I think there are ways to style them in a cuter, more modern way too. Like with a skater skirt and colorful tights, maybe. These ones you picked out here are cute!

I've been so tempted to buy one of the Primark xmas jumpers. Every time I go in there I have to stop myself. I will probably get one soon though.
