primark autumn winter collection, primark aw 2014, primark autumn winter 2014
All from Primark Autumn Winter 2014 Range
Are we all ready for Autumn? After quite a chilly Summer, the transition shouldn’t be too difficult because I haven’t been attached to my Summer clothes because I’ve not had the chance to wear much of it! When it comes to new clothes for Autumn/Winter, Primark is one of the first places I go to for bits like long sleeved tops, knit wear and cosy leggings (oh, and tights! Especially the thermal ones!).
I always wonder what the “IT” dress from Primark will be each season. You know what I mean… THE MUST-HAVE dress that sells out in just a few hours, the one every fashion blogger will be trying to get their hands on come what may! Last year, it was the tartan shift dresses with the cute peter pan collars which I managed to bag in the green colour. I featured it on my blog and also made one of my first Outfit Of The Video on YouTube with it!
Regardless to what the hyped up, must-have item will be, I’ve already made my A/W wishlist of all the things I want from Primark. I’ve also got some lookbook images which I will post later on in the week which shows you the kind of trends Primark is going for this season. If you think we’re going to see the end of co-ords, you’ll be in for a nice surprise. Co-ords are staying with us for a bit longer, except in the colder months, you can expect them in darker shades and muted prints and thicker fabric.

Tartan will be back (did it ever go away?) and there’s going to be a lot of wooly, mohair-textured jumpers, cropped-sweaters and coats! And from what I can gather, the pink coat is back once again with a boxy, oversized and masculine look!

  1. I was just saying on my Twitter yesterday how amazing the A/W collection at Primark was looking this season! I popped into my local store yesterday and there's SO many pieces I can't wait to get my hands on – I definitely see a big spree happening! Primark have upped their game, I'm impressed.

  2. I never know what the It dress is until long after it's out if stock – but I hope it's not that tartan one as I want it! I'm happy fluffy jumpers are in, but only as long as they don't have mohair… I'm not happy about the bunny situation after last year's scandals! Co-ords, on the other hand, I'm all for. Seen some great knitted sets on Asos already xxx

  3. Next fall I'm hopefully going to be studying abroad for the fashion program and one of my goals is to go to Primark and buy something! I hear you and many others talk about it all the time, lol. I'm so excited for the fall/winter fashion – more so fall. One thing I noticed in Chanel's fashion show is that strong shoulders struck out to me a lot – I dunno if that means shoulder pads are coming back (please no lol) but it's definitely interesting!

  4. Oh my gosh I love that fluffy coat! I always find Primark has some amazing things for Autumn and Winter. Have already seen a pair of boots in there I want (even though I have an almost identical pair from New Look a couple of years ago haha).

  5. I nee those dresses in my life. There I said it <3 They are so pretty!
I'm also looking for a nice coat. I saw one at Bershka but it was a bit expensive.
    Take care*
