I first heard about Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess on beauty blogs about two years ago, and it’s probably one of the few blog hype products I’ve bought in to. The hype is still going strong as Bronze Goddess Collection still gets a lot buzz!
Admittedly, I’m not even usually a fan of Estée Lauder perfumes, I find them too “mature” for me, but the Bronze Goddess is an absolute winner. And thanks to beauty bloggers, I have fallen for it hook, line and sinker!
I actually had my eye on the Bronze Goddess Eau Fraîche Skinscent perfume last year and wanted to buy it, but by the time I got round to it in early September, it was too late.
You see, the elusive Bronze Goddess is in stores for a limited time of the year. It graces the beauty shelves during the Summer months, so you’ve got to be quick because we all know how fast Summer comes and goes!
There’s a few products in this range (and I want them all!!) but for the one I really wanted was the Eau Fraîche Skinscent fragrance spray. It is truly beautiful Summer scent, you can almost feel like a the warmth of the sunshine sparkling on your skin!
The fragrance definitely evokes memories of being on a beach holiday sipping pina colada under the palm trees… and that’s a thought I always welcome! The first note you’ll pick up on is a creamy coconut, followed by subtle sweet vanilla. It also has bergamot, tiare flowers and amber to give the perfume it’s warmth. It’s deliciousness is all packaged up in a minimal yet chic rectangular glass bottle in a rich and shiny gold (which, by the way, is the hardest thing to photograph!!) but they redesign the bottle every year.
If you’re looking for the ultimate fragrance for Summer, look no further because this is THE ONE! It’s pretty perfect! Mine was purchased from Duty Free so it was a little bit cheaper, but this Eau Fraîche Skinscent (£47) and the other products from the Bronze Goddess Collection are available in House Of Fraser, Selfridges and Feel Unique.

I adore scents that smell like "holiday" 🙂 I would never really think to pick this up but actually the bottle is beautiful, very simple but elegant. Will definitely give this a sniff next time I'm out and about!

YEP Duty Free is always a good tip for buying makeup/perfume or body care products!;) The prices are sometimes really a LOT cheaper – Good for you;)!

Well I as well don't own or bought any Estee Lauder scent – but love the Pure White Linen scents – which I maybe will add to my perfume collection as this a very classic scent – well the Bronze Goddess Eau Fraiche not lasts long on my skin – I think I've tried it out at one of our local perfumery shops or it was the other Bronze scent – well I don't really like it as it doesn't lasts long on my skin and I'm a friend of longlasting perfumes and usually don't buy any Eau de Toilettes or Colognes.

I've been trying so hard to resist buying this – coconut, summery scents are my absolute favourite. I've been trying a sample of Smell Bent St Tropez and fallen for it, but I feel like I can't commit to buying the full bottle until I've seen how it matches up to this one. Not sure how much longer my resolve will hold on Bronze Goddess now I've read this! x

sounds like my perfect scent, but I just can't justify the money!! Why can't have either a money tree in my back garden or a birthday in summer?!
