how to reduce cellulite in 10 days
Ever since I was a teenager, I’ve always noticed them on the front and back of my thighs (and probably in other areas of my body but I don’t check!) and it’s normal so I’m comfortable with this. I’ve never felt the urge to do anything about it because it’s natural and EVERYONE has cellulite. It is something that I’ve embraced and have accepted that this is just how our bodies work, but it doesn’t exactly help that tabloid magazines are wrongly shaming female celebrities for having the odd imperfection on the bums and tums! I know it can effect people’s confidence in different ways and it is nice to be able to have the option to fix something that makes someone feel a bit down. It can make women anxious, particularly at the thought of getting in to summer clothes and swimwear. Similarly, in a sense, it’s the same way that I have a complex about my height, which nobody can change, no matter what beauty product they opt for, but if there was ever a magic treatment that would make me taller, I’d take it in a heart beat!

nivea q10 body lotion review
There are a few different types of products within the NIVEA Q10 Energy Plus collection to choose from depending on what you like – there are lotions, moisturisers, gel, serum and oil. The moisturisers and lotions come in two different sizes, 250ml and 400ml. The white bottle is for normal skin and the blue bottle is for dry skin. This does exactly what it says on the bottle, it keeps skin moisturised, soft, and supple. The three power ingredients helps your skin fight against environmental stress. The blue bottle has a slightly thicker consistency but both does a great job of working in to the skin making it feel nice and smoothly.

The Good-bye Cellulite collection which consists of a body oil, gel-cream and serum, all of which promises to reduce the appearance of cellulite in just ten days! Quite the claim, I’m sure you’ll agree and I think it took me about 14 days too see results. Personally, I love the gel and serum and these are the two that I would highly recommend.

I am not all that keen on body oils but this one isn’t messy, and it absorbs quickly. I really like the gel though, it’s the one I’ve been using the most. I have been using it every day on targeted areas for the past three and a half weeks. The size of the gel is quite generous, whereas the serum is comes in a smaller packaging – which indicates that the serum is a richer formula and therefore only need a tiny bit of it, and for it to be used less frequently than all the other products in the range.

When I first got this set of body care products, I did wonder if it truly worked. I’m very wary about these types of products that promises to do something within a certain amount of time. However, using the lotion, the gel and the serum on my thighs for almost a month has actually made my cellulite appear lighter, which actually means the skin around the area has definitely firmed up! I’m impressed by it bearing in mind how cynical I was about it at the beginning.
For anyone who is slightly concerned about cellulite, I would recommend trying something from NIVEA Q10 range, in particular the gel and the serum. It’s not a magical potion that will work overnight, and you do need to use it everyday until you see the results, but for an affordable brand, this provides a temporary solution.

  1. Nivea is going to have every female in the country out in droves for these products. I've never heard of this particular range, maybe because I've never thought anything along the times of an effective cellulite targeting product could be found in Boots. A silly idea really. But the price of these products is amazing!

I'd be keen to try the whole lot and I've found that while I workout to lose weight, the already unflattering areas tend to look worse until skin adapts to the weight loss. It's horrid and I do apologise for the visual.

I guess it's so easy to forget we're all people with our own body issues.
