Honey and Propolis 2-in-1 Cream Cleanser*
Another hot cloth cleanser has landed in my growing collection of skincare products and I am extremely delighted about that because I absolutely love these types of cleansers. Their work wonders for my skin and I can’t get enough of them! It cleans your skin thoroughly, removing make-up and dirt to leave your face feeling brighter and silky smooth. It prevents blemishes, and preps your skin ready for make-up.
Bee Good is a new British skincare brand which is really exciting! I love the branding, and it’s awesome that this company supports British Bees. Their product range is small but it has all the essentials such as cleanser, moisturiser, lip balm, and hand cream. The Honey and Propolis 2-in-1 Cream Cleanser comes in a 100ml tube and a soft muslin cloth. It contains British wild flower honey, British propolis extract, beeswax and rapeseed oil. At first, I assumed the packaging would be a golden colour, and the cream to smell sweet like honey (like The Body Shop stuff) but it’s nothing like that, it’s not a cliché.
Everything arrived SO beautifully packaged, along with a box of sweet little biscuits. It made me look forward to using the new product even more! I needed a break from my usual cleanser (Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish), sometimes my skin needs a change and I’ve got a few options but this one from Bee Good has worked really well with my skin. At first, it worked even better than Liz Earle C+P, but there’s just something about Liz Earle’s skincare that makes me go back to it time after time. If you are looking for an alternative, Bee Good’s 2-in-1 cleanser is cheaper and it leaves skin feeling really polished and smooth. The only thing that I find different is how the cream spreads across the skin. I only need a single pump of the Liz Earle cleanser but I need double the amount of the Bee Good one for it to distribute around my face evenly, it is a thicker consistency. Other than that, the Bee Good Honey and Propolis cleaner is a winner! It also smells lovely – a nice clean scent – it’s nothing like you’d expect from a product that contains honey.
I think their products are only available to purchase via their website for now, with delivery for each order costing £3.50 (or £5 for 1st class standard), but it looks like there will be some stockists in the near future. Bee Good do not use parabens, SLS, synthetics colours, mineral oil or silicone (That’s what I LOVE to hear!).

  1. I love the fact that it's a company that supports bees instead of exploits them. If the average human being only knew the kind of vital role bees play in our world, we would be in a lot less trouble than we already are! Kudos to you for supporting such a great company 🙂
