Second blogpost of the day! There’s so much to fit in before Christmas, so the panic has started to set in whilst I figure out a way to cram it all in! Taking a tiny break from it all, I popped to my Mum’s house to see Bonnie and Oscar (they are SOOOOOO cute!!!), and they are BFFs now – except for when it’s their dinner time, and both are vying to be the first to be fed! Pets will be pets!
This is an outfit I wore a couple of days ago and it is impossible to wear a dress like this and not give it a nautical twist – a trend I absolutely adored when I was at uni. I ended up accessorising this outfit with a small red leather bag with a chain strap and chose the most un-Christmassy nail polish colour but it’s my all time favourites from Barry M! Bright yellow in winter? Sure, why not!
The dress I am wearing here is an old one from Topshop, from yeaaars ago! There is a similar one on their website at the moment, which I am tempted to buy but I’m not sure if I suit the straight up-and-down style, especially as it’s in a horizontal stripe fabric. Actually, the last time I wore this dress on the blog, I was told that I have wide hips! Ouch! It usually helps when there’s a bit of shape in stripy clothing! Are stripes something you find easy to wear?
As the weather takes a turn for the worse, you’ll soon see me back in my winter coat (Zzzz! Boring!) Which leads me on to tell you that I bought some cute winter woolies to giveaway so if you’re feelin’ lucky, then head over to the giveaway post to check it all out!

Ahahahahah I am just like you when it comes to nail polish except year round! I am horrible at going with the season or holiday time when it comes to nail polish colors. For once I actually have holiday appropriate nails. The dress looks lovely on you and the red bag is amazing, I'm in love with it! Your outfit is very cute. 🙂

Stripes can be so flattering if you get the right cut, vertical are much easier to wear to. This little dress is so cute, I'm in love with the necklace though

The nail polish is amazing! I'm a bit fed up of deep reds right now because they are starting to stain my nails… so pastels and brights all the way!

I love a good striped dress and this one is so cute on you! You could go completely nautical with it in the summer, but I love it with this leather jacket too.
