Christmas Decorations* from M&S Marks & Spencer
This year, we decided not to buy a Christmas tree for the flat, but promised ourselves that when we buy a house, we will buy a nice tree and the best decorations! Instead, to give our home a festive feeling, we bought some little things to decorate in the living room and my room. You can see how I’ve placed them in my room on this room tour video on YouTube. Usually, Marks & Spencer is not my first port of call for all things festive because I didn’t even know they would have such a huge range of things to choose from!
The first thing I added to the basket was the wreath, I’ve always preferred those to light decorations! Then I picked out a miniature Christmas tree and a sweet little robin ornament to sit underneath it. The giant bauble and snowman snow globe were added for the fun element, and the pot pourri is to bring the wonderful fragrance of Christmas in to the room. There was a few scents to choose from but I liked the red petals and green leaves in this one which smells of cloves, mandarin and cinnamon!
It doesn’t seem like I’ve had these in my room for long and I’ll find myself packing them up in a box until next December, but I think these decorations make a nice alternative in absence of a tree. A lot of the festive range from M&S are now on sale at 50% each, or 3 for 2 so if you fancy having a look, you might find a couple of bargains to use for next year!
Don’t forget to check out how I’ve decorated my room in this video on YouTube! I’ll be making more videos in the new year so please subscribe! 🙂

  1. Aw I think this the decoration are so cute, I love the mini tree and the robin. So pretty. I actually think this is a great idea for people who don't really have the space for a big Christmas tree or they really can't put one up because of pets or whatever. It's simple but still has that Christmassy feel to it. 🙂
