Outfit: Burgundy Heart Print Shirt

Burgundy Heart Print Shirt

It’s not everyday when I see a male celebrity in the pages of the magazines (Harry Styles from One Direction, in this case) and wonder where he got his heart print shirt from! I fall for anything with a heart print on it!
I first saw the shirt on Harry Styles but Victoria was seen wearing it in the burgundy which I much preferred, but my budget doesn’t stretch to those of the typical Burberry customer (sad face) so I was happy to see a budget dupe on Rose&Pose at only £11.90! The fabric has got a bit of a shine to it and the collar is a synthetic satin-like material. I usually tuck shirts in to my skinny jeans because it makes my legs look longer (a little styling trick there!) but it is more casual and comfortable to let it all hang out!!
The shirt even has the same types of details as the Buberry one; there are tabs on the shoulder but they didn’t sit properly so I had to cut them off. They stuck out and made my posture look strange, but it was pretty pain-free to snip them off the shirt, so no problem there! I accessorised this simple outfit with a tan bag and my boots, but I dashed out and forgot the most important accessory of all, my umbrella!

The satin-like collar is so pretty, it would look great underneath a jumper too.
I think the shirt looks a lot more feminine without the weird tabs on the shoulders.

Ah I've really wanted a dupe of that Burberry shirt since I saw it on Twitter a few days back – it's perfect for autumn/winter colour schemes. This one is so cheap as well but really doesn't look it! xx

What an absolute bargain! I love that print! I must say I'm not so keen on the shinny collar on this one but at £11.90 it's worth it!
