Dress Madam Rage / Jewellery Temporary:Secretary / Shoes Topshop / Bag, Hat and Minnie Mouse watch ASOS

I’m wearing all kinds of colours here! A pink and white dress from Madam Rage with pastel green clutch, lilac ballet pumps and multi coloured nails (all Barry M and 17 Cosmetics range) plus, my new favourite accessory… Minnie Mouse watch! It comes in the cutest tin packaging! I had the same one when I was little, so I bought it mainly for nostalgic values!

Madam Rage sent me a couple of dresses from their lovely new collection – they know how crazy I am about dresses! I layered up the necklaces and I did actually go OTT at first! As for the hat; I’ve been looking for a bowler hat for ages, which I know isn’t hard to find but they’re either too “tall” or too wide for my head. The bowler hat I’m wearing here is one I bought from ASOS last week but it’s too big. Wouldn’t be too good if I wore it on a windy day, but I’m not sure if I would even have the confidence to wear it out anyway! I just always seem to buy hats “incase I need them one day”!

I am adding a blog roll sometime this week. It’s something I’ve been meaning to do for months and month! It feels like a daunting task as I have so many favourite blogs and I don’t know where to start! But please feel free to leave a comment if you’d like to exchange blog links and we’ll get it sorted out! x

  1. I'm so jealous of how you're rocking the pastels trend! I only wish I could rock it as well as you! I really love those shoes; you don't see enough of that colour around.

I saw you posting about the watch on Twitter and it's super cute. I'm really tempted to purchase one myself.

  2. Firstly, I feel like a stalker! (… commenting on nearly every post you have put up recently!) – but seriously, your blog is so sweet I just love it!

The colour of the dress is gorgeous. I'm pretty afraid of colour sometimes, but you're definitely making me feel like I should stop being such a wuss!

    Samantha xx

  3. LOVE your nails 🙂 you rock pastels here I love all the colours you've used with the contrast of the dark glasses and bowler hat.
    Beaut 🙂 x

  4. Oh I'd love to exchange links, Sarah. I desperately need to update my blog roll when I finish uni.
I absolutely love your hat- what a shame it's a bit big.
Also, crazy nail inspiration batman! Did you get the Barry M bright yellow in the end?

  5. I so love your nails that is an amazing idea if you can't decide which colour to choose haha. You look really pretty the bowler hat suits you! I'm like you, I probably would be too scared to wear a bowler hat outside haha (it's only a hat though I guess) but I can't help it!

  6. You have proved to provide me with the perfect distraction from the assignment I just spent an hour (literally) browsing the pages of Madam Rage, so many gorgeous dress – I want them all!! Gorgeous nails obviously. Really need to get myself some topshop flats too they're on the to-buy list.
    xx

  7. Oh Sarah, you are the one of the cutest style bloggers around! Lovelove the pastel tones, especially your lilac flats and icy blue clutch. I think I had the same watch when I was little, y'know! xx

  8. I LOVE the colours combined here and love the dress especially, I don't usually go for coral, but it looks beautiful on you.

Love the hat too, but my head really is too tiny for them both to fit and/or look nice.

Re: Contacts- I wear my lenses pretty much every single day, I can comfortably wear them for 12-14 hours and up to 16 hours they're bearable. They're basically falling out they're so dry at the 18 hour mark. Sadly I just found out yesterday that I won't be able to wear my lenses for a while because of a new drug regimen. Going to have to fall back in love with my glasses, and am super glad I made an effort to have a couple of nice pairs even though I don't wear them much.

  9. I'm in love with Pastel colours and ahaha if you were your hat on a windy day and you had to run after it (': I think it really suits you.x

  10. Your nails look like smarties!!! I love having smartie nails, they're so fun. Ahhh, I always think I've seen someone when I haven't. Its a shame though, would love to have seen you, even from a far. Haha that came out creepy, what I meant is it would be lovely to meet you!

  11. You are wearing such pretty colours here, I love the colour blocking going on with your dress, it's gorgeous! I also really like your nails. I remember those watches, I didn't have one myself, but my friend had a winnie the pooh one where the bumble bees used to go around the clock face in time with the hands. xx

  12. Awwww, this look is just too perfect! <3 all the pretty pastels and that amazing bowler hat!

  13. GUH – how gorgeous are your nails?? *_* The colors in this post are absolutely fantastic, and I am particularly taken with your lilac flats!

  14. AAAAW this is so cuuuute! I love everything about your outfit! Especially the little Disney touches haha. I just bought a bowler hat as well but it is too small for my big head! Booo!

  15. Make a deal – if you wear your bowler hat outside I will to?! I have a black one and a purple one which I adore but as yet only briefly worn outside where I attracted a lot of strange looks! My are from H&M and Monki and are made small, just in case you do want to get another one:)

  16. I am so in love with pastels right now, and I love how if it's pastel you can wear all the different colours together and it doesn't at all look garish. I really want some mint trousers or jeans 🙂 xx

  17. I love boots no 17 nail colours they are so pretty and so inexpensive! I wore the pastel yellow one almost all of last summer. I love your dress and clutch as well you look lovely Xx

  18. Sarah you always manage to look so wonderfully feminine and pretty in your outfit posts and this is no exception! beautiful assortment of pastel colours and your new watch is adorable! i'd be lost without my watch, my phone just doesn't cut it so i don't know how you managed without it! can't wait to find some new lovely bloggers once you get your blog roll up! enjoyable to read, as always 🙂 x

  19. What a happy outfit – love it 🙂 Your mr t comment reminded me of a chanel quote, something about taking off the last piece of jewellery you put on. I do this all the time, 🙂 xx

  20. Pretty dress! The coral skirt portion is such a pretty, summery colour. I love your watch! I used to have one like that when I was little too, except it was pink 🙂 xx

  21. All so beautiful on you, and look you're wearing a hat! I just popped by to thank you for your comment and say that I'm sure that hats would look really good on you and then I see your pic above and am proved right – that bowler looks fab on you! Once you start wearing hats you get used to them, and yup you're right you do have to hold onto them on windy days (or in my case, inside windy tube stations)but you get used to that too 😉

  22. Ah how amazing do you look here! SO pretty! You really suit all the pastel colours. I have tried a ridic number of bowler hats I have always wanted one but i seem to have an extremly large head (or maybe just beyond big hair, haha!) but i found a little treasure trove of them in TKMaxx and they were all like £1 but a really good make, you might find one in there!
Oh I know what you mean about the blog roll links, it took me so long to do mine but i finally done it a few months ago, featuring your beautiful blog on it of course too, haha! But it's worth it when its done!

    X
