I have worn this stripy dress in a few outfit posts before but I love it. It’s from Topshop, I bought this one in the sales and I have it in the blue stripe as well. I’ve accessorised with a black ribbon and a white peter pan collar top underneath.
I think I’ve finally found a space inside the house to take photos! It is a tiny space so quite restricting but going to see how it goes. Being indoors and not having enough light, I’ve had to use the flash on the camera which I really dislike as I am a fan of natural lighting and using the flash can give the photos a “harsh” artificial look. I hate getting bogged down by technical things like that. I’m just going to go with the flow this time!

adorable dress and cute cardigan too
You look lovely in this dress, as if you could look pregnant in it! Will have to check out hello cotton 🙂 xx
Such a lovely dress, I love the little black ribbon!
The dress is gorgeous, looks so nice on you! I forgot the oscars was on tonight, thanks for reminding me 🙂 Definitely going to be joining ASOS fashion finder! x
lovely dress, I love the colour 🙂 I have that first blouse from asos! I got it in the post on friday and it's so lovely x
So cute I adore this dress! Plus I love your hair.
ohh i love the striped pattern, such a cute dress 🙂 x
Love your dress!! You don't look pregnant! You're right about flash. I hate it! I have to use flash on all of my pictures and they often look artificial lol. Good luck staying up for the Oscars! I find them to be dreadfully boring, aside from the red carpet.
Very adorable! And about the flash you still look pretty !:)
This is such a cute outfit you look lovely (: xx
Love the stripey dress, also loving the inside photos 😉 I really struggle with lightening in my house too and I hate using the flash but I think your outfit pics came out really nice 🙂 xox
Ooo this dress is cute! I have a navy stripe dress which I actually have the same 'looking pregnant' problems in, damn those stripes and high waist line! I only joined Hello Cotton the other day too, I then proceeded to spend the majority of the day browsing blogs 😛 Off to check out asos fashion finder now!
Stripes = winning.
Love this dress on you! Hope you enjoyed the fayre 🙂

such a cute dress 🙂
I love this dress – anything slightly nautical-y is a winner for me. Was it the wedding fayre in London? Was supposed to help out there for work but didn't in the end. If your sister doesn't already, you should get her into wedding inspiration blogs – my favourite is ruffledblog.com!!
Lovely outfit! I love the two blouses from ASOS, especially the pleated red bow one! xo
I think the dress looks lovely on you! 🙂 You can't beat stripes! Hope you had fun at the wedding fayre!
Such a cute dress! I do exactly the same thing, when good things are planned I just want to fastforward to them straight away! xx
That dress is so cute! Horizontal stripes are my favourite 🙂 xxx
Such a pretty dress, devastated that you bought it in the sale though – I can't go and nab myself one now! x
Love this dress, it looks great with the grey cardigan too!
I have that dress as well in the blue stripe. I bought mine second hand from Ebay. Do you find that it seems really short? maybe the previous owner of mine shrunk it in the wash or something haha x x
Such a lovely dress, it really suits you! And you could never look pregnant! The collar is also lovely!
adorable dress!! you look so cute and I love the peter pan collar 🙂
Your photographs have turned out great! That's a really cute nautical dress, looks comfy. I need more comfy dresses like this actually but it's hard when your trying to save!

Did you vote for me ?:)
I love this outfit! Stripes are so classic and stylish but on trend at the same time. I like how you've added the collar to it for a different look. x
I really love your dress. And yay for finding somewhere to take pictures, I'm having that issue in my poky little flat. The living room has bare walls but I'd feel quite awkward posing when my housemates are sat watching telly! x
You look super cute! xx

You look beautiful! Love the dress and your hair :)xx
Awww such a cute dress, you look adorable as always 🙂
Such a cute dress, the collar definitely makes it. I could never get away with it though because I'm too curvy….the way it is cut with the high waistline just wouldn't work with my chest 🙁
Even though you used the flash and you're indoors, you still look beautiful as always Sarah! I love stripey clothes, but I just never wear them.. I find them hard to pull off, but you pull it off well!
Hope you have a lovely night watching the oscars!xx
