Dress Madam Rage / Jewellery Temporary:Secretary / Nails Barry M (Lemon Ice Cream)

I was a huge fan of The Pipettes (original line up) and have been to see them twice so this polka dot dress from Madam Rage really reminds me of them. I was pleased when The Pipettes wore TempSec jewellery during their tour in 2008. I always say you can’t go wrong with polka dots! T

he sleeves on this dress is really nice, and it bulks me up a little bit! Madam Rage are offering free delivery at the moment, I know everyone’s a big fan of free delivery promotions!

I’ve been reading a lot of tweets, blog posts and online magazine coverage on London Fashion Week. I’ve never been bothered about it before and I’ve never even heard of some of the designers, but I’ve enjoyed reading about everyone’s experiences. I’ve ever spotted some familiar faces on some of the street style articles. I look forward to hearing about the catwalk, the collections and what key trends are coming up!

I’ve been a bit slow with blogging this month. Haven’t felt so well! I’m much better now and shall get myself organised! Hope you’ve all been well. Lot of love xxx

  1. Nearly fell off my seat– you know how when you learn about a thing you've never heard of before, and then you feel like you see them/hear of them everywhere you go all of a sudden? I started listening to The Pipettes about a week ago and I keep having solitary dance parties in my room, listening to Pull Shapes and Boo Shuffle!

  2. Oh the Pipettes also remind me of Myspace and my indie cindy days! And the dress also reminds me of a shop that I used to go to in my indie days! I love it.
Hope you feel better beautiful lady.x

  3. love the dotty dress! Have been a pipette fan since the beginning too! being that they are from Brighton and such! They used to support British Sea Power a lot, then got big enough to do their own gigs, have been to some lovely intimate ones!!
Glad you're feeling better too! xxx

  4. Love the dress – I'm looking for a nice polka dot one at the moment! And free delivery's always a fantastic bonus – I've actually bought things before purely because of a free delivery promotion!

This is the first year I've taken an interest in LFW, although mainly through blogs. I might even post about some of my favourite outfits – some of the street style is a bit TOO high fashion for me, but it's definitely nice to have a look at what everyone was wearing! x

  5. I'm so sorry you haven't been feeling well darling <3 Your paragraph about fashion week is precisely how I have been feeling as of lately!

Meanwhile, how gorgeous do you look here? Your nail color and that ring was a match made in heaven!

  7. Gorgeous dress! I'm actually related to Rose from the Pipettes, her Grandad is my dad's uncle, not sure what that makes her to me…
This is the first year I've really cared about LFW, I've been a bit interested the past few years but this year I've barely been off style.com and reading loads of blogs, I love seeing what everyone's wearing xx

  8. Pull Shapes is such a great song =) A friend of mine made me listen to it a while ago and I couldn't stop listening to it !! It's a great feel good song, makes me wanna jump on my bed and be crazy ^^

Ps, just letting you know that my new website and blog launched. I would love it if you could take a look at it.

  10. Simply adorable – polkadots, a red belt, yellow nails and a mustache ring. I don't know if you could have made this look cuter if you tried!

  11. You always look so lovely in your blog posts! I think I am going to have to spend some money in your shop soon! I am loving the moustache ring! I need this in my life! I hope you're well Sarah! Em xx

  12. This dress is lovely! Also glad your feeling better now 🙂
Oh I know how you feel, I was tempted by some chicken fillets. What I do with bralets is I get the ones that are sized by cupsize rather than dress size, and I purchase a cup size too big and then where it on top of my normal bra. It helps fill it out a little and stops me feeling naked! haha

  13. so glad you commented on my blog as its brought me to yours! one of the most beautiful outfit posts i've seen in a while, so naturally stunning!

  14. ahh where do I start, love the navy dress with the red belt, I always think those two colours go well together (today my nails are red to match my navy shirt). Thanks so much for the comment by the way, and following on from the bright nails comment, I love yours. I'm always a little scared to wear yellow nail varnish though, you have inspired me! And the moustache ring is so eye-catching. <3 Sam x
