It feels like I haven’t done an outfit post in ages! The weather is to blame for that! Whilst I had mustered the energy to go outside in the cold yesterday, I decided to get a couple of outfits photographed so that I can go back in to hibernation until the snow and ice melts away!
This is my third month blogging for Dahlia’s blog, and I am wearing their Beatrice dress here which is a gorgeous shade of green with lovely neckline detailing. I will be wearing it a lot more when the weather improves. The shoes I’m wearing here are from Runway Shoes and they are a black velvety T-Bar platform shoes. I love platforms and I love chunky heels, such a good combo! If you’ve never been on Runway Shoes before, you’ll be amazed by the choices of shoes they have! So many shoes in all kinds of colours at such good prices too. I’m not brave enough to go for garish colours but I will eventually treat myself to a pair of colourful heels at some point! I just think it’s safer to go for black as they go with everything!

  1. The colour of this dress is possibly the nicest colour on you I think I've ever seen! I love the dress too, the neckline, and the length and shape of it.. You look super gorgeous. Definitely worth the 15 minutes in the cold!xx

  2. Really love the bright yellow nails with the dress! The platforms are really cute too, are they comfy? Looking for a pair of black heels for everyday use ideally with a chunky heel?

  3. Love those shoes, I'm realising that a chunky heel is my friend, I'm slowly learning to walk in heels and to break into wearing the for longer periods and so fair a chunkier heel seems to be the best option.

Looking fab as ever, and hope that you're looking forward to something nice, whatever it is for Feb 14th.

  4. I really love this dress, it's so pretty, especially the detailing on the front! I really love this style of shoes, such a pretty outfit and stunning photographs! Hope you have a lovely birthday!

  5. That dress looks gorgeous, I love the colour and the neckline detailing 🙂 I'm sure you'll get lots of business coming your way for Valentines Day!

  9. Gorgeous dress! The weather can be such a pain when it comes to picture taking! Also just read your little about me bit at the top left and lol'd at the 'blind as a bat' comment. I'm the same – yay for thick frames that have come into fashion to cover the thick lenses 😛

  10. Thank you for your lovely comment back! I think you'd definitely suit a bowler. I bought mine last summer but another blogger, Yasmin, let me know she'd managed to find an almost identical one in H&M this week so it seems they may have got it back in again! Have a lovely weekend too xx

  11. Love the dress! It's such a perfect shade of jade. Great with the yellow polish, almost bought some of that today, but went for orange instead. Might go back for the yellow now 😉
