I haven’t been to Lush a lot this past year but I tend to buy in small batches and try make it last for as long as possible. It is pricy but we all need a cheerful Lush treat every now and then (especially at this time of year), so when I went shopping last week, I prepared myself to part with my money!
Autumn Winter Lush Haul
I knew that I wanted to buy something because I love Lush at this time of year. I didn’t end up going overboard but I treated myself to a few goodies!
I’m a tad late to get on the Halloween stock but I manage to grab a couple of pumpkin before they disappear. You can still get this on the website and in store, but be quick if you want to stock up - I’m not sure they’ll be around for much longer now that Halloween has been and gone.
I expected the Pumpkin to be spicy and cinnamon-y, but it’s inspired by pumpkin pie rather than pumpkin spice. I was pleasantly surprise to learn it smells sweet like toffee. It’s a sinker, which is a shame. Just sank to the bottom of the tub. Still, it looks very cute! Made the water very orange.
Autumn Leaf Bath Bomb
If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll notice that I’ve been slightly obsessed with leaves and trees this Autumn. When I saw this bath bomb, there was no way I was leaving the shop without buying one. It smells similar to the Grass bubble bar with the soothing warmth from sandalwood. It’s floral and earthy, and I can’t wait to use this!
Never Mind The Ballistic Bath Bomb
With ingredients such as lime oil, sweet wild orange oil, and fresh bananas, you just know that Never Mind The Ballistic is going to be a good one! Has a similar scent to Snow Fairy.
Father Christmas Bath Bomb
This festive bath bomb is scented like candy floss to remind us of a sweet shop. I love sweet scented bath products so this is perfect for me. It has a holly-green core so the water ends up turning a vivid green.
Christmas Penguin Bubble Bar
I bought the Christmas Penguin Bubble Bar a couple of years ago and it really bugged my how lopsided he was, so when I saw a perfectly moulded one, I decided to give him another chance! It is very cute and I like the fresh, fruity, zingy fragrance of lemon!
Northern Lights Bathbomb
I LOVED this bathbomb the first time round, so was excited to see it back with a bit of a revamped look. It made pretty swirls of purple, yellow and blue, and from what I’ve seen on Instagram, the new version looks like a total treat.
If you want to know what the bathbomb looks like when in water, follow me on Instagram and Snapchat (my username on both platform is @tempsec).
What do you recommend from Lush this season?
