Roses De Chloé Perfume | A Rose Perfume With A Modern Twist

Roses De Chloé Perfume | A Rose Perfume With A Modern Twist

I don't buy a lot of perfumes these days, I'm really picky with the scent and the packaging. So when I decide to treat myself to a new bottle, I make sure that I like absolutely everything about it.

At the moment, I'm really into the Chloé perfumes. I love how chic, elegant and simplistic they are. The fragrances are grown-up but not too mature, and the bottle designs are the right amount of beauty and elegance without being over the top. It's just lovely and dainty! Right up my street!

Roses De Chloé is my new favourite eau de toilette perfume for a few reasons. The first reason being that it is a present from my Dad so that makes it extra special to me. Secondly, I absolutely love the packaging and finally, the scent of the perfume is exactly to my taste.

Inspired by a sunny walk through a rose garden in Paris (how romantic), this perfume has, as you've guessed, a top note of roses.

When you first spray it, the rose is quite prominent. It's not overpowering but it's certainly the first note that stands out, but you would expect it to since that IS the name of the perfume. If it didn't smell like roses, you'd (probably) ask for your money back, right?!

It's not an old-fashion rose scent, though, as it's also has infusions of citrus bergamot, magnolia, white musk and amber - all which gives the perfume a fresh, modern twist. Roses De Chloé fades in to a light, delicate and sweet fragrance. It's my favourite at the moment and I love everything about it!

What do you think of Roses De Chloé?
And what's your favourite perfume at the moment?

  4. I would buy the perfume for the packaging alone! You've described the scent beautifully, I'm going to have a smell if I see in in-store :) I really like Paul Smith Rose perfume so I'm sure I'll like this one too.

  11. I really love perfume but my ‘collection’ is quite small compared to others. Perfume can just be really pricy so if I’m going to splurge on it I need to make sure I really like it. I’ve always wanted to try Chloe perfumes before but for some reason always hesitated from buying. The packaging is so cute and feminine! I might just take the plunge next time I go to Ulta or Sephora and get it.

    Lovely review! :)
